Every parcel is tracked against your reference code from collection to delivery, and both you and your receiver are kept informed along the way.

Open the Track a Delivery page and enter the reference code you were given when the request was made. The page shows the current status and location of the parcel, and the same link can be shared with whoever is receiving it.
